Outputs: Internal Brand Identity, gifting collateral, sales tools.
My role: Designer, Illustrator, Junior Copywriter.
The Challenge: AVet – manufacturer and seller of animal pharmaceuticals – presented us with their goal to develop a loyalty program aimed at Vet Nurses; in the hopes to provide support, express gratitude for their hard work and open up conversations for their sales teams. Our strategy proved that vet nurses are routinely overwhelmed and unappreciated; with no time for sales calls or general business related faffing. They need brevity, levity, and a break. We needed to create something that would actually get past a tired front desker; to the nurses behind the scenes.
The Solution: We created a brand identity which delivers useful information and perks, with equal parts humour and heart. Pink for punch and personality, and green for grace and calm. An illustrative suite which they'll know and recognise; and photography that actually represents them; rather than just the animals they care for. Language which refuses to beat around the bush, and delivers on warmth and honesty.
Results: The launch resulted in a +158% sales increase for AVet, with 50% nation wide sign up; making it AVet's most successful initiative yet.
